What Percentage of Nurses Are Unhappy? And Why Should They Meditate?

The Nursing faculty at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Nursing undertook a finding some years ago, and the findings indicated that a huge chunk of nurses are unhappy. Various research works have also established that over 40% of health practitioners are unhappy. Based on the report of the Nursing Times in 2012, it was established that 60% of nurses experienced burnout as a result of job-related stress. 

Why Should Nurses Meditate?

Meditation practitioners often express that meditating comes with a lot of advantages for anyone practicing it. Meditation can serve as a good tool for nurses to relieve themselves of work-related stress and depression. Indeed stress is inevitable for nurses; they deal with a lot of problems that patients complain about. The inability to solve the problems of the patients can lead to troubling situations in their private lives. Hence to prevent situations like these, nurses should meditate for the following reasons!
