This is a drop-in group. (Come when you can.) It is open to all who want to learn and strengthen meditation skills in a casual atmosphere.

Join us in this quiet space as we come together to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness.

Weekly Schedule:

  • We begin with a brief passage from a variety of wisdom traditions
  • Meditate for 25 minutes
  • Close with a simple prayer for peace

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, this weekly drop-in group offers a supportive space for you to deepen your practice. All are welcome to attend and no prior experience is required.
