Welcome to meditate together on Sundays via zoom. All from 15 years old are welcome, newcomers included. There might be regular sessions at Bøker & Bylab Elgeseter in Trondheim as well, on Thursdays - without zoom. More info will come.

Programme
- Brief explanation of the heartfulness meditation method
- We start with a guided relaxation exercise, which helps us to relax and makes it easier to meditate afterwards.
- This is followed by a silent meditation.
The actual relaxation and meditation exercise takes place seated, on chairs, and lasts about 30-40 minutes. Afterwards there will be time for questions and answers.
Everyone from 15 years old is welcome. Free participation. The exercise is led by a certified trainer from the Heartfulness Institute.

Heartfulness meditation is a simple technique where we meditate on what we call the light in the heart, our life force. It is a practical approach to personal development and trains us to listen to the heart and let it guide us. We all have an inner quiet space in our heart, where we feel peace and some kind of connection with our true self. By regularly meditating and exploring the heart, we can experience a deep and eventually lasting inner peace that we can take with us in all situations and activities. It helps us to better manage life's countless challenges, anxieties, expectations and pressures.
