The Full Beaver Moon will be the last Supermoon of 2024 on November 15.

Haseya will meet in the parking lot of UUFR White Stone, Va for fire pit, ceremony, and Sisterhood. There is a much more open view of the moon there. Great night to charge candles and crystals!

If you attended the New Moon, you will pretty much know what to expect here. Otherwise, read my post at

and be aware that the location is different.

You'll need, or need to know:

• Camp chair
• coat
• pen and paper
• water bottle (please keep this event dry and sober. Thanks.)
• flashlight, if you wish to walk our labrynth in the woods
• You can bring female friends. No children, please. (See note in link above.)
• No phone use in the meeting area. If you must take or make a call, please go to your car. Thanks.
• Food will not be served. If you bring a snack, please clean up after yourself.
• please rsvp here for head count. If you have questions, call or text Donna at 540.661.8698.
• No rain date. If rain, then cancelled.

Please ground, center, and shield before you join us.

So, this is not an "official" meetup. It's just something that I do, and I thought you might like to know about it in case you want to check it out sometime.

I lead a meditation from 9:30 am to 10am every THIRD SUNDAY of the month at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock, 366 James Wharf Road, White Stone, Virginia.

It's free. (If you feel inspired to make a donation to UUFR for allowing us to use the space, I’m sure that would be much appreciated.) You don't have to register. Rsvp is appreciated, so I know how many to expect. You can wear your pajamas...I don't care. You can stay late for the UUFR service at 10:30, or not, and no one will bug you about it. I do a variety of different guided meditations, depending on what I feel like, and what the needs of the people I'm working with seem to be. Feeling anxious? Let's do some Jon Kabat Zinn Mindfulness/ progressive relaxation. Feeling like you need a clean slate? How about some Hawaiian Ho'o PonoPono? (I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.) There are a thousand feelings, and a meditation practice for each one.
Don't feel confident about meditating?
No worries. I mean it.
Come as you are, and prepare to have your mind blown at how easy, and helpful, meditation can be.
