About us

Heidelberg Mindful Art Club is a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, with others, and with life itself.
We journey through art, nature, poetry, myth, books, music, and meditation to embody the art of being alive coming into a deeper connection with the here and now…Inspired by the mindfulness attitudes (Beginner’s mind, Patience, Acceptance, Non-judging, Trust, Let-go, Non-Striving, Generosity, Gratitude) this circle is about sharing, feeling, learning, creating, and growing together.
Our gatherings offer space for embodied art experiences, storytelling, reflective dialogue, and collective mindful practices. It's an invitation to slow down, rediscover wonder in everyday life, and celebrate the Joy of being through art, through nature, and through each other.

New Gathering Dates for 2026
This spring, we come together once again for the second round of The Art of Mindful Living series, continuing our shared exploration of art, presence, and mindful connection.
