I’ve just returned from a three-week journey through Asia, visiting Chengdu, Hanoi, Taipei, Taichung, Zhuhai, and Shanghai. Along the way, I had the pleasure of tasting wild forest tea from Sichuan, delicate lotus tea from Vietnam, and high-mountain oolong tea from taiwan highmoutain .
