Welcome to Grands Social Doubles afternoon followed by social apres-tennis. ☺️✌🏻
This is not only a fun way to play tennis and have fun, but also to get to know new people you can continue to play with. Thus, we are looking forward to get a good mix of different players. Please see below for additional details of the event:
Format: We form six pairs who will play on round robin five 20min doubles matches. After round-robin all pairs will play additional 1-4 roughly 10min tie-break matches.
Level: We have two groups: one for beginners & lower intermediates, and another one for upper intermediates.
Schedule: We will meet in Rosegarden at 1200 with a quick welcome introduction. At 1230 we have a 10min on court warm-up and we will start matches at 12:40. Playoff rounds will start at 15:15 and finals are scheduled at 1600.
Apres-tennis: We will continue to some snack & drinks after the matches in with the ones interested.
Capacity: We have place for 24 players.
Location: Rosegarden in Espoo.
Language: All Grands events are by default held in English, as well as local language.
Fee: 35e per person. To be paid preferably via MobilePay.
Cancellation: Latest possible cancellation on Wed 28th May at 12:00 (noon).
