We have been given a price of £49 per person if you pay by midnight on 30th May so please pay promptly if you want the discounted price.
Any payments after that date you will need to pay £55 per person.
Places are on a first come first served basis. There are 14 out of the 40 spaces left.
While it may seem early to be thinking about Christmas there are not that many places locally offering dinner & disco events & those that do get booked up quickly. Paying early also means it one less expense nearer the Christmas period.

This event is organised by Aubrey Park Hotel and we will be sharing the venue with other groups out celebrating but will be seated together.
⚠️** Tickets and Refund Policy**
Tickets for the event are £49.00 per person if you pay by 30th May and include the venue and your meal. Any payments after this date it will be £55 person.
ℹ️ Refund policy No refunds will be given unless another member pays to take your place, so please check the date & ensure you are able to attend before making payment.
If the group organisers can sell your ticket on to someone else only then will you have the option to have a refund or donate the money towards the Meet Up fees which keep this group running. You must request this at the time of cancelling to Karen.
⚠️ Payments to anyone other than the group organisers Karen or Pam will make your refund void.

Dress code
The venue requires smart casual. But its a party so please do dress to impress! Dinner Jackets, suits, kilts, cocktail dresses, long gowns are all welcomed.
Menu
This will be added once we have received It from the hotel.
It will be a 3 course traditional Turkey Christmas dinner, fish or a vegetarian dinner.
You will be asked to select from the menu a few weeks before the event.

🏨 🛌🏼 Accommodation
Last year they gave a special room rate to our party goers & they have done the same this year. So why not make the most of the day & night without worrying about taxis. And a nice leisurely cooked breakfast in the morning too is included in the price. Even better value if you have a friend to share with.
There is a 6 acre meadow if you fancy a stroll. There is also an in-house technogym.
