Join JaeAna of Sounds So Lovely for a calming, restorative sound healing session designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system regulation. Ages 18+

Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while being guided through gentle breathwork, meditation, and soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Also known as sound healing or sound baths, the immersive experience can help people to relax and let go of stress or anxiety.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a floor mat, yoga mat (and pillow if desired), or whatever helps you be comfortable lying on the floor. A limited number of yoga mats are available for people who do not have one. Chairs are available for those who prefer to sit.

Doors will be closed at the start of the meditation session, and no late entry is allowed.

People with certain conditions including schizophrenia, epilepsy, narcolepsy, and pregnancy should not participate in sound baths without consulting their doctor. Some people with tinnitus may experience oversensitivity to the sound vibrations.

Free and open to the public. Space is limited. Passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, starting 30 minutes before the event. Attendees must be present to receive a pass.

Between performances, audience members will enjoy an interactive educational presentation introducing opera's rich history, vocal techniques, and storytelling traditions. Learn how music, theater, and literature come together to create unforgettable performances while gaining a deeper appreciation for the themes of artistry, perseverance, and creative expression found in The Dark Maestro.
