Looking to practice your English in a relaxed and supportive setting? Join our Conversational English program, where learners of all levels can build confidence through casual conversation. We’ll chat, share ideas, and practice everyday English in a fun, low-pressure environment. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, improve your speaking skills, and feel more comfortable using English in daily life. No registration required—just come ready to talk and connect!

Relax and enjoy the benefits of yoga! This class meets on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. We welcome participants of all levels, including little to no experience.

Chairs are available for those who don't feel comfortable on the floor. All yoga poses can be adapted for chairs.

Space is limited. Passes are available at the service desk 30 minutes before the program. Socks are required. A limited number of yoga mats and blocks are available for participants who don't have them. Socks are encouraged, but not required.
