Motherhood can feel overwhelming. Especially when anxiety is loud, self-doubt creeps in, and you’re trying to hold everything together for everyone else. If you have ever felt overstimulated, reactive, exhausted, or unsure of yourself you are not alone. In this workshop you will learn powerful tools to help you: calm anxiety, strengthen your self-worth, set boundaries, and understand how past experience may be shaping your reactions.

Space is limited. Admission is on a First-Come First-Served basis. Passes for the program can be picked up 30-minutes prior at the Customer service desk. One pass per person present
