About Us:Welcome! We are currently in the official group creation stage to launch a brand-new community created to unite Black nurses—both women and men—spanning Henderson, Las Vegas, and the surrounding valley. Our area is growing rapidly, and as nurses, our role will naturally grow right along with it. We are building this group from the ground up exclusively for Black nursing professionals across all fields, specialties, and career paths to ensure our collective voice leads that growth. Right now, we are giving nurses time to discover the group and join so we can build our numbers and bring our collective power together. Our ultimate goal is to create a dedicated, safe space where we can protect our well-being and find authentic peer support away from the workplace, while laying the foundation for a powerful professional organization in the future.

Our Mission & Vibe:We are building a supportive, protective family of ambitious healthcare professionals. Right now, our primary focus is on creating a space of absolute emotional safety where we can connect our unique voices, speak freely, and support each other’s mental and professional well-being. We lift as we climb, balancing meaningful professional empowerment with real, relaxed downtime.
What We Plan To Do (Once Our Membership Grows):Founding Meet & Greets: Relaxed gatherings around the valley to connect, share our nursing journeys, and discuss our long-term vision for this community.Safe-Space Peer Support: A judgment-free environment to openly discuss burnout, the unique challenges Black nurses face in healthcare, and strategies to protect our peace.Professional Unity: Creating a strong network that bridges the gap between different healthcare fields, from bedside to leadership, to share career advancement strategies as our region evolves.
