When I moved to Belgium, I had a CV full of experience and zero idea how to translate who I was into who I needed to become here. Not on paper, in real life.
I didn't know what I wanted anymore. And I spent a long time figuring that out alone. Bit by bit.
This circle is the space I wish I'd had.
A small, intimate group where international women come together to talk honestly about career, identity, and what it actually feels like to build a life in a country that wasn't your starting point. Just real conversation and the kind of connections that actually mean something.
Whether you're just finding your feet, somewhere in the middle, in a leadership role, or building something of your own, you're all welcome.
Every edition we have a certain topic to discuss on a dining table.
Seats are kept small on purpose (8–10 people), so every voice in the room gets heard. 🙂
Code of Conduct
- RSVP cancellation is up to 3 days before the event
- Show up as yourself No need to perform, impress, or have it all together. The most valuable thing you bring is your honest experience.
- Listen as much as you speak Every woman in the room has a story worth hearing. We take turns, we don't interrupt, and we make space for the quieter voices too.
- What's shared here, stays here Conversations in the circle are private. Please don't share anyone's personal story outside the group.
- No selling, no pitching This is not a networking event. Genuine connections are welcome.
- This is a safe space Any behaviour that makes another member feel unsafe, disrespected, or unwelcome will result in removal from the group.
