Friday Walks

These Friday morning walks are a gentle, welcoming way to get moving, enjoy some fresh air and meet other local women. There is no pressure to be fast or sporty. The walk is relaxed, friendly and open to women who simply want to spend time outdoors, stretch their legs and have a chat.
Whether you come on your own or with a friend, you will be warmly welcomed. It is a lovely way to start the day, build confidence, feel more connected and enjoy the park with others.When: Every Friday, 9:30am to 11:00am
