If you are a busy woman but still want a grounded, productive morning focused on your well-being, this event is for you. You’ve tried morning routines before, but they never lasted, felt too complicated, or simply didn’t feel worth it… you’re not alone 🌿

In this event, you will be introduced to simple, effective practices that help you start your day with more clarity, energy, and intention.

🧘‍♀️ Session Experience
This is a fully guided experience where you can switch off and simply be led through short morning practices in a group of women:

•⁠ ⁠Breathwork
•⁠ ⁠A 30-minute yoga flow with certified instructor Geri
•⁠ ⁠Guided reflection prompts

•⁠ ⁠Music and guided facilitation throughout

By the end of this session, you will identify one practice that had the strongest positive impact on you

💬 Connection & Community
After the session, there will be an interactive space to share reflections and connect. Optional café catch-up afterwards for anyone who wants to continue connecting.

🎒 What to Bring
•⁠ ⁠Yoga mat (or a towel instead - the ground may be cold in the morning as it is on asphalt)
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable clothes you can move in
•⁠ ⁠Something warm for relaxation (hoodie/jumper/towel)
•⁠ ⁠Water bottle

🔎 How to Find Us
We’ll be waiting outside the Bondi Pavilion, under the arches facing the ocean. You’ll see a row of black double doors with signs above them such as “Main Entrance”, “Art Gallery” etc. Look for us between the “Art Gallery” and “Pottery” doors. Please be on time, as otherwise it can be tricky to find each other.
