We're going to get together for a couple of hours to explore the connection between improv and mindfulness by playing improv games and doing improv exercises connected to being in the Now, giving up our egos, and developing the confidence to just jump in!

We'll start with some meditation, do some warm up exercises, games, and improvise some scenes. We'll ask you to pay attention to a different aspect each night.

It's recommended that you bring your own water. Note that we start at 6:45 pm with meditation. If you come late, you can still join us for meditation. Please shut the back door of the building quietly when you enter. Be especially quiet if you come before 6:30 pm, because there is a yoga group that precedes us on the first floor.
