We foster a community that supports a diverse and inclusive culture in technology.
We formed in 2014 as a group of guys who wanted to create a forum for underrepresented minorities in the tech industry. But we soon learned that this wasn't something that only we wanted, but it's something that many people wanted. People expressed their desire to see a place where tech and creative professionals were celebrated for their differences.
We seek to grow, empower and inspire the community through social events, mentoring and crafting engaging programming around business and culture. We are experiencing lots of growth and it's been a major motivator for us to continue to grow a community that exemplifies diversity and is driven by its members.
