• Lauren Rodgers (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lauren-rodgers-413677109/) is a Data Scientist at Peak. I love data and the power it can leverage in business, which motivated me to do my Masters in Data Science at the University of Sheffield. My previous and current roles have allowed me to work with a variety of data, and build machine learning models. The thing I love about Data Science is that at its core sits mathematics, as well as the hundreds of different algorithms to choose from. There are constantly new algorithms in development, so you really have to stay on your feet or ideally stay ahead of the game.
