HER+Data MCR is a community working to connect, inspire, support and empower the NW UK’s Women in Data. Our goal is to bring together women and non-binary people who work in data or who would like to work in data - to support one another, share experiences and talk data - big or small! Whether you’re a student just embarking on a career or a seasoned data professional, this group is for you. We want to connect and inspire amazing data women with diverse expertise and experience.

Speakers
Mrigna Singh is a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst. She will be speaking about her 'Understanding of the Data World'.

Tiffany Plant is an MLOps Engineer at Fuzzy Labs with a background in data, spanning data analytics to data engineering. She is excited about exploring AI and deploying machine learning systems with positive real-world impact. In her talk “LLMs in the Wild”, Tiffany will explore how organisations can evaluate large language models before and after deployment, particularly in high-stakes environments where failures carry real consequences. She will highlight key risks and outline actions that can be taken to guide safe deployment.

Paige Pearson is a Manager in AI & Data at Deloitte. She will be speaking on building her career as a technical responsible AI developer.
