Our Kids Yoga Course is the perfect way for little ones to move, stretch, relax, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Over this 4-week course, children will go on a yoga adventure each week through fun themes, games, storytelling, breathing exercises, and relaxation.
Classes are designed especially for ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น ๐๐ผ ๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐น๐ฑ, helping children develop balance, coordination, focus, and calm minds โ all while having lots of fun!๐

Learn fun yoga poses through games and stories
