4-Week Pregnancy Yoga Course
Details
A gentle and supportive 4-week course for mums-to-be—designed to help you slow down, feel held, and connect with your body, your baby, and a small community of women on the same journey.
You can join from 14 weeks onwards. If you’re new to yoga or have had an IVF pregnancy, we recommend starting from 19–20 weeks. If you already practise, we’ll offer safe, thoughtful modifications to support you.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸:
• Gentle, pregnancy-safe movement to ease tension and support your changing body
• Simple breathing practices to help you feel calm, grounded, and connected
• Pelvic floor awareness woven in a supportive, accessible way
• Time to pause, rest, and deeply relax
• A welcoming, friendly space to connect with other mums-to-be
We use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help you feel fully supported throughout—so you can relax into each session with ease.
