Hiking Dawei Mountain & seeing fireflies

Time: 12:10 (There will be no lunch time, please finish lunch before the meeting time)
Meeting point: Xindian MRT station
We will take bus 923 to Pinglin district office and walk to the trailhead. SO DON'T BE LATE OR YOU'LL MISS THE BUSWhat to expect:

*We will start hiking Dawei mountain, and if we are in a good speed, we can continue to hike 2 more mountains (源茂山西峰, 和尚髻山），and after the sunset, we will go back to Pinglin tea museum and explore fireflies
*The event will be cancelled if there is >30% rain forecast on the day before
*It is one of the recommended hotspot for fireflies, but no guaranteeImportant:
- A voluntary 50ntd contribution for attending is appreciated (to cover MeetUp expenses).
- This is a hike, not a walk! Make sure you're trained enough to keep up with the group.
- Wear appropriate clothes and shoes for hiking in (unpredictable and sometimes extreme) Taiwan weather.
This informal hike is organized by volunteers. You yourself are the only one responsible for your physical and mental wellbeing at all times. Never leave the group without informing others and be careful and responsible. - Be friendly, willing to meet new people and make everyone feel welcome.
