• Judgment, Destructive criticism, Very strong opinions!
• Strong Politics, Criticism, Discrimination of any form, Unsolicited feedback, and Personal attacks on group members or other social groups or individuals.
• Narrow view of creativity - A biologist can be as creative as a musician can be as mathematician can be as creative as an entrepreneur can be as creative as an artist, etc.
