Welcome to the Japanese ↔ English Intensive Learning Meetup!

This meetup is designed for learners of all levels—from complete beginners to advanced speakers—who want to practice and improve their Japanese or English in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. Whether you’re a Japanese newcomer to LA or an English speaker curious about Japanese culture (anime, food, language, and more), don’t miss this opportunity!

### Who Should Join
- Native English speakers eager to learn Japanese or dive deeper into Japanese culture
- Japanese speakers looking to practice and improve their English

### What to Expect & Schedule
- 10min - Icebreaker conversation
- 10 min – Self-introductions
- 20 min blocks – Switch between English ⇄ Japanese (about two full back-and-forths)
- 10 min – Group wrap-up and sharing today’s takeaways

### How It Works
- Teach & Learn: English speakers guide English learners; Japanese speakers guide Japanese learners.
- Study Swap: We’ll ask how you normally study and what methods you’d like to try—feel free to share your tips!
- App Feedback: We’re building a Japanese-learning app and would love your insights and suggestions.

日本語 ↔ 英語 集中学習ミートアップへようこそ！
このミートアップは、初心者から上級者まで、すべてのレベルの方が楽しく安全な環境で日本語または英語の練習・上達を目指す場です。LAに来たばかりの日本人の方も、日本文化（アニメ・食・言語など）に興味がある英語話者の方も、ぜひご参加ください！

- 日本語や日本文化を学びたいネイティブ英語話者
- 英語を練習したい日本語話者

### 内容とスケジュール
- **10分：**自由トーク
- 10分：自己紹介
- 20分×2：英語 ⇄ 日本語 の切り替え（往復２回程度）
- 10分：振り返り・感想シェア

### 進め方
- 英語話者は英語学習者を、日本語話者は日本語学習者になるべく教えてあげるようにしてくださいね
- イベントホストが普段どのように勉強しているか、どういうふうに勉強したいのかをヒアリングしていきますので、よければお聞かせください
- 日本語学習アプリの制作しているので、日本学習者よりご意見をいただけるとありがたいです。
