Established in 1989, the High Park Demons Australian Football Club is one of the oldest in Canada.
As a club of AFL Ontario, the team trains and competes against other teams in Toronto, Hamilton and Ottowa.
While we'd love to win a Premiership, our club aims to prioritize welcoming newcomers to the sport.
