Need Strength Training to get stronger in your runs? Here are the workouts you've been waiting for!
Mon- Wed - Fri workout consist of weighted exercises (a personal trainer would get you to do) for 50 min + Warm-up + Cool down
Saturdays workouts are packed with lots of fun exercises that you have and haven't done before and the best part is you only need a mat and water! 45 min + Warm Up + Cool Down
