This Friday we are doing a Full Body workout (putting Monday and Wednesday to the test π) with weights!
We start with a 5 min warm-up to make sure your body is feeling good.
Then we jump into exercises right away. It will be a total 45 min of work and no breaks in between π₯΅(Don't worry you can take breaks when you need them). To finish off we do a 5-6 min cool down with some awesome stretches that you can do throughout your day!
There will be exercises you love, some that will make you sweat hard, and some that you will have to stop and get back into it. But I promise you that it will be all worth it in the end because of how good you will feel! ππ
