This Wednesday we are doing a Pull Day workout (Back, Biceps, Hamstrings, and Glutes) with weights!
We start with a 5 min warm-up to make sure your body is feeling good.
Then we jump into our first Circuit. It will be a total of 3 Circuits - 4 exercises each (16 min of work) with 1 min break in between ๐ฅ To finish off we do a 5-6 min cool down with some awesome stretches that you can do throughout your day!
There will be exercises you love, some that will make you sweat hard, and some that you will have to stop and get back into it. But I promise you that it will be all worth it in the end because of how good you will feel! ๐๐
