Hi beautiful souls!
I create this group because I would love to share my experiences as a breathwork and somatic yoga facilitator
Breathing changed my entire life, the way I think, I feel and the way I am in this planet, yes I also thought the same I am countinously breathing, I dont need to learn how to do it ...
and then MAGIC HAPPENED, since my first councious connected breathwork session I never stoped breathing, ( counciously ) I do breathwork everyday, I trainned as a breathwork facilitator, I healed my wounds through it, I connected deeply with the source of love and peace, with deep joy, and sometimes deep sorrow,
Liberating my body of blocked emotions, and feeling the deep joy that comes with it,
connecting with my body has been the most incredible experience I ever had! thats how breath and hike borns, with the love of sharing the tool that completly changed my life!
This friendly hikes are her eto create new connections, and to look within, stop a bit, meditate and know ourselfs a bit better, treating us with love and compasion :)
I will be very happy to see you in my next hike :)

– Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe trauma (without support)
🤰 Pregnancy
– Especially in early stages or if it's a high-risk pregnancy

👁️ Eye problems
– Glaucoma or retinal issues
🩺 Recent surgery or injuries
