Welcome to Hike Around Skåne!
Join us on our hiking adventures in Skåne, where we explore nature and make new friends. I try to organize a hike every month, any suggestions are always welcome! Make sure to have your notifications turned for this group so you don't miss any new hike announcements.
We usually meet at the train station in Malmö or Lund and take public transport to the start of the hike. Most of our hikes are around 15 to 25 kilometers and we take multiple breaks, to have lunch, check out interesting spots, and if you're lucky we might even have a fika break if someone brought baked goods.
Once we're back in the city, we grab dinner together at a restaurant for those who want to join. Events are free, but you'll need to get your own public transport ticket and bring your own packed lunch.

Hey everyone! 👋
This time we're heading out to Kullaberg, one of the most dramatic and beautiful places in Skåne. This has been one of the most requested hikes in the group, and I'm really excited to finally make it happen!
What to expect
We'll start in Mölle, hike along the cliffs all the way out to Kullens Fyr, then follow the trail along the northern side of the ridge towards Himmelstorp, before heading back to Mölle. Expect forest trails, rocky paths, sea views, and some decent elevation.The total distance is around 17 km, and we'll be on proper hiking trails most of the time. It's definitely one of the more challenging hikes in Skåne, mostly because of the terrain rather than the distance.
Bring lunch, snacks, plenty of water, and sun protection. If the weather allows, we'll go for a swim too!I've created a GPX file of the route which you can download here.
Meeting point and travel schedule
We'll meet on Öresundståg 1026 heading towards Helsingborg. I'll be boarding at Malmö Triangeln, sitting towards the front of the train.Here's the schedule:

From Helsingborg, we continue by bus:

We'll start walking from Mölle busstation around 10:10.
If you plan to explore Skåne this summer, I recommend getting the Sommarbiljetten from Skånetrafiken, it's only 595 kr and gives you unlimited travel in Skåne from mid-June to mid-August.
Getting back
This is a circular hike, ending back at Mölle busstation. We'll return the same way, and buses run every 30–60 minutes, so we don't need to rush. I expect we'll be back in Mölle around 17:00, giving us flexibility depending on pace and whether people want to grab food in town before heading home.Coming by car?
