While the organizer will make every effort to clearly describe the difficulty level of each event, it is the participant’s responsibility to research the trail, assess their own readiness, and come prepared with proper gear, food, water, and awareness of weather or trail conditions.

Norvan Falls Hike | Moderate | 14 KM | 4–5 Hours
Lynn Headwaters Connector, North Vancouver, BC, CAJoin us on Saturday, September 5 for a beautiful hike to Norvan Falls through Lynn Headwaters Regional Park.
Unlike our steeper summit hikes, Norvan Falls is more about distance than elevation. The approximately 14 km route travels through classic North Shore rainforest alongside Lynn Creek before reaching the impressive waterfall. Expect huge trees, mossy forest, river views, and plenty of time to chat and get to know the group. Vancouver Trails rates the route intermediate and lists approximately 14 km round trip.

Location: Lynn Headwaters Regional Park, North Vancouver
Important – Limited Group Size: Maximum 15 participants. If you RSVP, please commit to attending. If your plans change, please update your RSVP at least 48 hours before the hike. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the group.What to Expect: A long but relatively gentle forest hike, beautiful Lynn Creek scenery, lush rainforest and Norvan Falls as our destination. We'll maintain a comfortable group pace and take breaks when needed. No egos and no detours. We hike together as a group.
What to Bring: Hiking shoes or boots with good grip, at least 2 L of water, lunch and snacks, weather-appropriate layers, and rain protection depending on the forecast. Because this is a longer hike, please bring enough food and water for several hours on the trail.
