This is more than a hiking group.

It’s a space to move your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself—through nature, breath, and simple guided practices.

We combine:

  • 🌿 Scenic hikes (coastal paths, countryside, hidden nature spots)
  • 🧘‍♀️ Gentle yoga & stretching
  • 🌬️ Breathwork to release stress and reset your energy
  • 🧠 Short guided meditations in nature

This group is for you if:

  • You feel tired, stressed, or disconnected
  • You want to get fitter—but not through intense gym workouts
  • You enjoy
    nature, but also want structure and guidance
  • You want to meet like-minded people in a calm, supportive environment

🥾 What to expect

Each event is thoughtfully planned:

  • Clear route and pace (no pressure, no rush)
  • Time to walk, breathe, pause, and take it in
  • Optional moments for silence, reflection, or connection

Some hikes are more adventurous, others more relaxed—but always with the intention to reset, not exhaust.

🚗 Travel options:
I’ll be driving in a comfortable 7-seater car from London, with limited spaces for those who’d like to travel together and enjoy the full group experience from the start.

Prefer your own adventure? You’re very welcome to come in your own car or by train and meet us there — I’m happy to offer a reduced ticket price for self-travellers.
