(6 PM) Beautiful Evening Hike at Carter Park, ~5 miles

I'm hoping the rain stays away in the early evening. Let's get out and enjoy a beautiful evening hike. We will hike about 5 miles at a moderate/brisk pace around 3 mph. There is an option to exit the hike after about 3.4 miles. The hike has good sized hills with a couple of short steep sections. There could be some muddy trails so you may want to bring an extra pair of shoes. I do not recommend this hike for beginners. We will hike around some of the old Powder Company ruins near the river. You may want to bring water and trekking poles. Meet in the Kings elementary School parking lot on the far right side of the building.
