Hey Hikers!
We are planning to start our hiking season quickly in 2026 with a hike in Bogue Chitto on the 3rd of January. The hike is approximately 5 miles and there is a small fee to get into the park (think about $3) but worthwhile.
It's an enjoyable day hiking up and down some small hills along the river.
Closer to time will dial things in a bit and also confirm the weather will cooperate!
