We are free hiking/walking outdoor adventure group for any age Allied/other Health Professionals led by MFFS grads.
Our another MFFS WhatsApp Hiking group is still growing and has almost 70 counseling therapists, and they will join us.
If you are medical, nurse related or law enforcement professional. Feel free to join also.

You are welcome to invite your friends/family to join you at the hike (they don’t have to be first responders, counselling therapists or other Allied Health professionals). The friends are required to register in the group and confirm that they are invited to join the hike.

This group brings people with similar professions together for hiking, walking, bicycling, camping, weekend trips, experiencing nature and socializing!
We hope the group helps other allied health professionals stay motivated in their self-care routine and reduce the chance of burning out!
