April Hike on Cranbrook Campus

The Hike with Avid Readers meetup is for people who are reading books and wish to discuss what they are currently reading. Come take a hike with us on the beautiful Cranbrook campus and talk about the book(s) you are reading.

We'll walk at a casual pace while swapping stories about what we're reading or studying. We'll hike for about 2 hours.

Please share something interesting that you've been reading. What ideas and stories excite you in your life, hobby, or career?

Come willing to be both an interested listener and a willing speaker, without dominating the exchange. Come prepared to be a bit brave in interacting with new friends. Everyone is interesting, especially those who take an interest in others. We'll trade places on the trail so we can converse with everyone.

IN CASE OF RAIN ON THE DAY OF THIS EVENT:
The hike will only be rescheduled if there is heavy rain or severe storms. In the case of light or moderate rain, the hike is still on. If we have to reschedule, I will make an announcement prior to noon on Saturday and hike will be rescheduled to Sunday from 2 to 4 pm.
