Hike With Us is a passionate group of hikers who love people, love life, love the outdoors and love to seek, find, explore and share new trails!
We hike moderate to difficult trails in and around Colorado Springs.
Periodically we will hike easier trails and explore outside of the county and even other states (14ers, national parks and more), backpacking, snowshoeing, overnight adventures and some social gatherings.

Humpday Hikers Night Lights From The Incline
Hiawatha Gardens, 10 Old Man Trail, manitou, CO, US***MEET in front of the bus stop at Hiawatha Gardens 5:30pm, catch the shuttle to the trailhead. Paid parking at Hiawatha Gardens in effect until 6pm. A free half hour parking option exists at the pay kiosks.
Parking may be available at Iron Springs Chateau, if they do not have a show playing. You may be charged $15 to park at the Iron Springs Chateau. The Hiawatha Gardens parking lot and the Iron Springs Chateau are the only lawful incline parking options as posted by city signage. Parking elsewhere is at your own risk.
Meet at the trailhead by 6pm.
//// Hike begins promptly at 6pm. We hike up the Manitou Incline stairs and return via Barr Trail. We wait for the last member of the group BEFORE descending so COMMUNICATION is critical! Plan to summit or Bail Out spot? yes/no//// Shuttle back to Hiawatha if shuttle available. Walk back via Ruxton is an alternate option.
//// Eat, drink and socialize afterwards is an option!!
This challenging loop is about 4+ miles and has about 2000 ft elevation gain and features great views.

Animals: Dogs are not permitted on the incline per city signage.

⚡️In the event thunder Is heard, the hike will automatically be CANCELED. ALL hikers must DESCEND IMMEDIATELY.
Trail conditions: Stairs with dirt, roots and rocks scattered along the Barr Trail return
NEEDED: FLASHLIGHT, water, hiking poles, light jacket, and snacks/drinks to share.
Socializing and drinking/eating and photos at the summit!
