Breath - Taking Trek To Bison Peak Summit

Absolutely beautiful summit! HARD hike because of the length and the elevation gain! We will take breaks as needed.

***We meet at the Safeway parking lot near IHOP and carpool about 1 hour to the trailhead in Lost creek wilderness.

This is a challenging 14 mile out and back trail rated HARD with over 2600 ft elevation gain that features eye-popping rock formation, a creek and 360degree views of surrounding peaks.

***Animals: Friendly and manageable dogs are welcomed on a leash.

***WEATHER: ?? degrees and ??

*** Trail conditions: Forested. Rocky areas but good. Remote with spotty cell service.

***NEEDED: WATER, hiking poles, boots, sunscreen, sunglasses, and snacks/drinks to share.

Socializing and drinking/eating and photos at several scenic spot.
