Also, food (granola bars, fruit bars, juice box, mixed fruit, apple sauce etc), water, electrolytes, carbs, protein, hiking poles, layered clothes, jacket, boots, socks, hat, gloves, toothbrush, wipes, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, sunscreen, medication, whistle, phone charger, flashlight, batteries, poncho/ rain, first-aid kit, and mace.
