*Park in the Safeway parking lot at 6520 S. Academy Blvd and carpool about 1 hour to the trailhead in Canon city and LUNCH on our way back!
This is a new trail for us! It’s a moderate 6ish mile hike with about 600 ft elevation gain and beautiful views and red rocks formation

*** Trail conditions: dirt with rocky sections
***NEEDED: WATER, hiking poles, boots, sunscreen, sunglasses, and snacks/drinks to share!
