Waters and Prairie Hiking Club Thankful Hike at Ferber Park in Fergus Falls

Following Thanksgiving, this hike will help us be thankful for all the trails and natural beauty in our region. Come hike the newest section of the North Country Trail in Fergus Falls, MN. This 2.5-mile trail loop meanders in and out of prairie and woods. The prairie flower seeds still hang on the stalks, and the winding trail through the woods makes for an interesting, moderate hike to some beautiful lake views. The hiking club will provide a lead, sweep, and introduction to the history of Ferber Park.
Join other hikers afterwards for good stories and refreshments at Karen Nitzkorski's house.
