Meal at the Rose Tavern

This event is for walkers with Hike Norfolk. This lovely local pub was shut for a long time. It has been taken over by a man who used to manage The Hoste Arms and the Georgian Townhouse. It has been completely refurbished and is serving a good menu for reasonable prices. The menu changes regularly. I have to book in advance and collect a ten pound deposit from everyone. There is also a beer garden and sometimes live music.
Easy walk from the city through Chapelfield Gardens or a Number 25 bus from the train station or the city brings you to Unthank Road. A five minute walk from the bus stop.
