Perhaps everyone has acquired new habits and mindset on how to live their daily lives and are well-adjusted living with the pandemic around. Yoga should be a part of that new or existing lifestyle, to relax, to stretch, to create that sacred space. Make time and you are invited.

Description: All yoga is a spin off from Hatha differentiated by sequencing and grouping of asanas. In this class, we begin with sun salutations, an 11 movements sequence of asanas followed by warrior postures, prasarittas, balancing, backbends, seated, supine and classic postures. I will guide you to your options and progressions.
Any physical activity has chances of risk to injuries specially if not done properly. Please be aware of your limitations and do not cross your limits. But just like anything in life, “exceptional” does not happen practicing “occasionally”. Come join me and I will guide you. This is a donation-based class (and all classes) if you can extend to help with Zoom membership.
