Hike & Beach Meditation in Point Reyes for BIPOC Women
Details
A note on our community space: This group is an intentional space created by and for women who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). We ask that all members honor and respect that centering. By joining you are affirming your commitment to showing up in a way that supports and uplifts that intention.
Join a community of BIPOC women for a morning hike through the coastal landscape of Point Reyes, ending at the beach for meditation. We'll open with a welcome circle, hike together to the water, and close with your choice of silent sitting meditation or walking meditation on the sand-- or you can just sit quietly and watch the waves. No previous meditation experience required.
This is a tech-free experience. Phones off and away for the duration — we'll hold them for safekeeping if you'd like.
