Walk along north valley acequia

We start at Shining River Parking lot and go east and south to connect with the acequia. Walk south for approx 1.5 miles pass some huge cottonwoods, before turning around for the return.

The parking lot is just south of the Paseo overpass, on the west side if Rio Grande.
