MASTER NATURALIST FIELD TRIP - FOSSILS of ANCIENT SEAS

Master Naturalist-led Fossil talk/hike at the Nature Conservancy Preserve. Learn about and observe fossils of creatures which flourished in ancient seas 300 millions of years ago! Handouts to help identify fossils, will be distributed.
FAQs

• 2 mile RT
• Not for beginners or folks with balance issues, injuries, recovering from illness, or a history of falls
• Wear a hat, hiking shoes
• Bring plenty of water
• No dogs
• Bring a soft brush if you wish to gently reveal some of the fossils
• We do not remove any fossils which are embedded in the sediment
• "Collect" fossils by taking striking photos!
