MANTRA SINGING GROUP IN THE FOREST

Anyone, who loves hiking and wants to learn some short mantras can join this group!

We are going to take a short easy trail A, then come to the top, where trail start going down to little TESUQUE trail!
It’s usually empty and excellent viewpoint!
Over there we make a circle, sit on our little pillows you bring with you.
I’m giving you mantras and meaning of each on the back of the card, and we do mantra meditation for a while!
I have speakers and little drums, which I can share, while we’re learning these mantras!
Coming down to the parking lot in Sunset will be awesome!
