Please join us for a moderate 7.8 miles 1156 ft elevation gained awesome hike in peaceful Portola Valley.

Start time 11:00 SHARP.

Facility: NONE. (Please go before arriving at the meeting location)

Meeting location: Triangle Park parking lot at the northern edge of the intersection of Alpine road & Portola road, Portola Valley.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: please park in part of the parking lot AWAY from open businesses to minimize our impact.

Things to bring: 2 liters of water, lunch/snacks, sturdy walking/hiking shoes, walking poles, sun hat.

L on Sweet Springs Trail
R on Valley Oak Trail, continue onto Black Oak Trail.
R on Blue Oak Trail, cross Buck Meadow Dr
L on Buck Meadow Dr.
L (straight) on Old Spanish Trail.

LUNCH SPOT: Around Lake Trail.

After lunch :
R on Toyon Trial.
L on Old Spanish Trail.
R on Arroyo Trail.
L on Bay Laurel Trail.
L on Old Spanish Trail.
STRAIGHT on Coal Mine Ridge Trail.
L on Toyan Trail.
R on Alpine Trail
BACK to parking lot.
