⛷️ TITLIS Ski-in/Ski-out hut weekend: slopes by day, cosy mountain night

Spend your Saturday on the snow (ski / snowboard / nordic / snowshoes), then warm up in our private mountain hut high on the slopes with a hearty stew, games, and a super cosy night away from civilisation.
On Sunday we’ll be first on the slopes, as our hut is ski-in/ski-out, not in the village.

The plan

Saturday (day): snow sports day
Saturday (evening): stew + chill + group activities + sleep in the hut
Sunday (morning + day): breakfast, quick clean-up, then back on the snow until we say goodbye

The hut

Simple, basic and very cosy: wood heating, kitchen/living/dining, shower + toilet, and two dorm rooms.
✅ Bring a sleeping bag
Location: on the mountain, right by the pistes. Reachable via 1 cable car + 1 skilift + ski down to the hut (or walk from the cable car).
Bonus: nordic trail in front of the hut + beginner lift behind it.

Who is this for?

All levels welcome — the area has great options for skiers/snowboarders, plus langlauf and (snowshoe) hiking.

Cost

CHF 55 / EUR 60 per person
Includes: Saturday dinner (vegan option available), private hut rental, Sunday breakfast, tourist taxes.
Not included: lift pass, gear rental, transport, lunch, snacks, soft drinks, (alcoholic drinks see below).
👉 Please bring your own snacks/drinks if you want them.

🎉 Group relaunch special: This weekend is CHF 55 / EUR 60 as a one-time “welcome-back” price. Future hut weekends will likely be around CHF 125.

Drinks / alcohol vibe

Just so expectations are clear: this is not a drinking event.
Totally fine to have a beer/wine with dinner, but please don’t get drunk and don’t bring strong alcohol.

Hut teamwork (easy & quick)

As things are in mountain huts, everyone is invited to help a little with food prep, dishes and a quick tidy-up. If we do it together, it’s literally 10 minutes and keeps the weekend relaxed for everyone. 😊

Getting there

• Free shuttle bus: Engelberg train station → cable car
• Parking at cable car: CHF 10/day
• There’s also a Snow’n’Rail option
• Gear rental available at the cable car station

Reservation & cancellations

To confirm the hut booking, I’ll ask for an advance payment after you RSVP.

• If I cancel: full refund
• If you cancel: full refund if someone else takes your place
• But: EUR/CHF 30 cancellation fee if you cancel within 7 days of the event
