What we’re about
### 🥾 Welcome to Our Purpose-Driven Hiking Club
### We host private, curated hikes, walks, and adventures led by trained trail leaders — built for verified members only. Events are shaped around small groups (3–12 participants), with options for couples, families (including kids), seniors, and travelers in the club. One-on-one hikes are also available by request for members needing private pacing, mentoring, or recovery support.
📍This is a private club — 🛑not a public RSVP group. All hikes or walks adventures etc. are arranged directly through message-based coordination and an attendance request form not RSVP's.
No crowds. No party scenes. No swiping. Just structure, peace, and connection — rooted in safety and respect for nature.

### 📌 How It Works:
We don’t post public RSVP events. Every walk, hike, adventure etc., or event is customized and pre-arranged. We don’t use RSVPs. All coordination runs through our Universal Request Form.
Use the form to request or offer:
- 🚗 Carpool seats or a pickup point
- 🛏 Lodging or shared cabin options
- 🥾 Hikes, training, or adventure ideas
- ⚙️ Gear support, safety help, or co‑hosting
- ✍️ And anything else
We shape events around the members who show up and been identified and verified— not a fixed calendar or RSVP's.

🪖 We hike with preparation, not performance. Show up ready — and at peace.

(Hiking Club – Universal Request Form) ☝️⬆️
This club runs hikes of Just 3–12 verified members. private, small, & purpose-driven✅ How access works:
- Fill out both required forms (Verification + Intake/Trail Energy)
- Receive your ID Card & 🛡 Verified badge
- Complete a short Zoom check-in (under 15 minutes)
- Submit your hike/class/session request through the Universal Request Form
The short forms are intentional — we just hike/play with people who are serious about safety and alignment.
Why this club runs hikes of Just 3–12 verified members private, small, & purpose-driven?
· Minimizes Physical Impact: Smaller groups have less impact on vegetation and trails.
· Reduces Noise Pollution: Smaller groups create less noise, allowing nature's sounds to prevail.
· Preserves Wilderness Experience: Large groups can monopolize areas and diminish the wilderness experience for others.
While the specific group size limit varies by location, generally, the Leave No Trace principle of being considerate of other visitors suggests keeping group sizes to a maximum of six to eight people , or what is locally mandated. Groups larger than this should break into smaller subgroups, especially when traveling, camping, or congregating in popular areas to avoid monopolizing resources and to maintain a low impact on the environment and other visitors.
🌲 Minimize • Reduce Noise • Preserve Wilderness 🌲
👣 We hike with purpose — not crowds.
- 🚫 No Waitlist — Use the Hiking Club Forms ✅Needs location
❌ Ignore the red RSVP / “waitlist” note — this club uses forms + a Zoom check-in to confirm spots.
You may see Meetup say “No spots left! Join the Waiting List? ” That does not apply here.
Meetup may tell you:
“No spots left! Join the Waiting List?”
⚠️ That’s not correct for this club. We do not use waitlists or RSVPs.
❌ RSVP or “waitlist” ≠ confirmation
✅ Verification = your spot
